BEGIN STUDENT REGISTRATION
Register each child attending USD 353, K-12th Grade. If you have a new student to add such as a Kindergartener, click ADD NEW STUDENT. You'll find this under the student section.
FILL OUT APPLICABLE FORMS: ATHLETIC, HEALTH, MEDICATON AND/OR FREE/REDUCED LUNCH
If your student will be participating in athletics or has certain health conditions, takes medication or if you qualify for free or reduced lunches, the district will need forms on file. These forms will need to be filled out annually. All forms can be found at www.usd353.com under the Parents tab. Next, click on the forms link. Please print off forms that apply, complete, and take to your student's school.

Parents NEW to the district will need to contact Peggy Gilmore or Halynn Page at Central Office or the school your student will be attending to be added to the kiosk.
