The WMS Leadership Class was busy Monday. With Terri Driskell and Kristin White at the helm, 2 van loads first stopped off at Orshelns and picked some cards off the Humane Society tree and shopped for some of the items they needed at the shelter. (This is the same group that raised significant money and food for Wellington's Food Bank last month).
Once the booty was secured at Orschelns, the group was off to the Humane Society in north Wellington, to deliver the goods and spend a little face time with some of the tenants while there. Pretty awesome day I'd say. These are great kids, caring kids. It was fun watching them do for others, as they've proven before, quite capable of doing. GO KNIGHTS!!
