The official tally won't be known until early this week but the WHS NHS Blood Drive held this past Friday at the school appears to have had over 50 units of blood donated during the 5 hour or so event! That's great students - your efforts are most commendable!!
Congratulations to the WMS math relay team for competing well at our competition in Ark City! Kansas Reading Roadmap Program Week 2 Pics 03.03.17 The LIFE Program is a part of the KRR Academy Program and had an exciting 2nd week of parents and children playing games, eating, and reading together at Eisenhower Elementary.
It is NEA's "Read Across America Day" today across the nation. A program that begun in 1998, today is the 20th observation of the event. Here in Wellington, members of WHS's "Crusaders of the Stage" performed at the elementary schools and then spent time in each classroom reading to the students.
