The Wellington Area Chamber/CVB is a working partnership of leading business and professional men and women with interests in building a greater community.  While it represents business and the professions, it is essentially an organization of people - people who know the wisdom of coordinating their efforts under effective leadership for the civic, industrial and commercial advancement of the city.

Parents as Teachers
Futures, through an agreement between local school districts, provides for this voluntary program for all families based on the belief that parents are their children's first and most influential teachers. With support available for all families with children from birth to five years regardless of income; a program of routine home visits from our professional staff, informational newsletters, playground, and parent meetings can be tailored to meet each family's needs.

Futures Unlimited, Inc. is offering free developmental screenings for children from birth to five years old who live within the Children's Program Service Area.    "Child Check" is a quick look at a child's learning, speaking, moving, seeing and hearing skills.  Screenings are scheduled for the following Fridays.
