Cruella & Her Dogs Make HALLOWEEN Special @ Washington!
Schools across the District are celebrating HALLOWEEN today - first stop was Washington Elementary this morning where Cruella DeVille (Principal Ann Shinliver) and her "DOGS" (Washington Staff) were busy parading with the kids (in some great costumes) and enjoying post-parade breakfast muffins in the all purpose room.
