                                USD 353 is excited to announce our new online enrollment!  Please log into your Infinite Campus parent portal and click
                                on the 2018-2019 enrollment tab located on the bottom left-hand side of the age. On August 7th, stop by the High School
                                and pick up a Kansas Star Visa Card
for each enrolled student and you’ll be good to go! This will eliminate waiting in lines
                                                                                                           and will allow you to enroll at your convenience.

                                   Please bring copies of birth certificate, immunization records and proof of address to the High School on August 7th.

Eisenhower 1st-2nd Grade Vocal Music Concert! (Video)

Mrs. Pam Thompson, directed the 1st and 2nd graders at Eisenhower Elementary on Tuesday, Feb. 27th in a vocal music concert held at Wellington High School. The young children performed very well, singing a myriad of "fun" songs! "Just For Fun", "Tell Me A Joke", "Giggles", "Whacky Do Re Mi", "I Like to Have Fun" and "Miles of Smiles"! See, I wasn't "kidding" - it was "FUN" stuff! Great Job Eagles / Mrs. Thompson!

7th Grader Jax Cornejo Medals @ Regional Spelling Bee Saturday!

Jax Cornejo, son of Jesse and Airily Cornejo, a 7th grader at WMS and winner of this past Fall's Sumner County Spelling Bee, carried that title with him to Hays, Kansas today for the Regional Spelling Bee and made it to the 8th round and finished 8th out of 95 participants and medaled to boot!!!

The word Jax went out on..."efficacy"... but spelled some tough ones up to that point! Wellington is very proud of you Jax!! Way to represent KNIGHT!! That is awesome!

Knights Visit Traveling MAGNA CARTA Display!

Mrs. Terri Driskell's 7th Grade Social Studies classes visited the traveling MAGNA CARTA display at the Sumner County Courthouse on Tuesday. The students perused the display and then a group discussion about different aspects of the Magna Carta were discussed including Habeas Corpus, King John and more! The students walked the 3 blocks one-way to the courthouse, spent about 20 minutes at the display and returned to the school. A great day for all of that!
